👨‍💼 Tech Lead​

📍 Prague (Hybrid) | ⏰ Full-time

Lead our technical vision and help build the future of Bitcoin-backed lending.

💰 Compensation: 100–200k CZK monthly + equity

What You'll Do
  • Drive development with React, GraphQL, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Architect and manage AWS infrastructure (Lambda, RDS, S3, EC2, Bitcoin nodes)
  • Solve complex security challenges for Bitcoin and financial data
  • Maintain Bitcoin nodes and Rust-based tools
  • Mentor the team and ensure code quality
  • Shape product direction alongside development

🎯 We're Looking For:

  • Senior full-stack experience with leadership background
  • Strong AWS DevOps skills (infrastructure as code, scaling, security)
  • Rust knowledge (bonus)
  • Ownership mindset and follow-through
  • Bitcoin enthusiasm (advantage)

  • Build features with React, GraphQL, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Collaborate on AWS infrastructure and Bitcoin node management
  • Tackle security challenges in financial and Bitcoin systems
  • Contribute to Rust-based Bitcoin tools
  • Write secure, maintainable code
  • Drive technical innovation
